Las Piñas follows the standard MMDA number coding scheme. If your plate ends in a digit covered on a weekday, you’re covered by coding during the morning and afternoon windows — but you get the midday window hours to move around the city.
Las Piñas coding schedule
| Day | Plate endings covered |
|---|---|
| Monday | 1 and 2 |
| Tuesday | 3 and 4 |
| Wednesday | 5 and 6 |
| Thursday | 7 and 8 |
| Friday | 9 and 0 |
Coding hours and window hours
On your coding day, the ban applies from 7:00–10:00 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM. Between those windows — 10:01 AM to 4:59 PM — coded vehicles are allowed on Las Piñas roads. That’s the standard window most Metro Manila cities follow.
Coding does not apply on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, unless the MMDA announces otherwise.
Practical tip for Las Piñas drivers
Alabang–Zapote Road and the Coastal Road get heavy in both coding windows. If your coding day can’t be avoided, time your trips inside the 10:01 AM–4:59 PM window — and if your route takes you north into Makati, remember Makati has no window hours at all, so plan around its full 7 AM–7 PM ban.
