Coding Hours and Window Hours on C5
Coding is enforced on C5 from 7:00–10:00 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. During window hours from 10:01 AM to 4:59 PM, coded vehicles may use C5.
Practical Tips for C5 Drivers
- C5’s intersections (especially around Ortigas, Eastwood, and Bonifacio Global City exits) are chokepoints — avoid them during the 7:00–10:00 AM coding window.
- The 10:01 AM–4:59 PM window is the best time for cross-metro trips on your coding day.
- Flooding can hit the low-lying stretches of C5 in heavy rain — coding or not, check weather before heading out.
- Watch for truck and bus restrictions on certain C5 segments at specific hours.
