Pasig City follows the standard MMDA number coding scheme, including the usual window hours. If you live, work, or pass through Pasig — Ortigas Center, Kapitolyo, or the C5 corridor — here is how coding applies.
Pasig Coding Schedule
| Day | Plate numbers ending in |
|---|---|
| Monday | 1 and 2 |
| Tuesday | 3 and 4 |
| Wednesday | 5 and 6 |
| Thursday | 7 and 8 |
| Friday | 9 and 0 |
| Saturday and Sunday | No coding |
Coding Hours and Window Hours in Pasig
Coding is enforced from 7:00–10:00 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. During window hours from 10:01 AM to 4:59 PM, coded vehicles may travel on Pasig roads.
Watch for Pasig-Specific Ordinances
Pasig generally follows the MMDA scheme, but the city government can issue its own traffic ordinances for local roads. Before assuming the standard rules apply on every street, check the Pasig City government’s official announcements for any city-specific coding rules or exemptions.
Practical Tips for Pasig Drivers
- Ortigas Center’s one-way and rush-hour schemes can layer on top of coding rules — plan routes in advance.
- Use the 10:01 AM–4:59 PM window for midday trips on your coding day.
- If your route crosses into Mandaluyong or Quezon City, the same MMDA scheme applies, so one plan works for the whole trip.
